Joyce

Joyce is a senior management leader. Her Bachelor of Business Administration in Management of Information Systems and Masters in Project Management and professional senior level management experience makes her invaluable and highly productive.  She has proven ability to build strong working partnerships with internal/external clients, project teams and vendors for the deployment and delivery of key projects. Joyce also provides training and mentorship skills to help deliver quality business solutions within restricted timelines while appropriately communicating/escalating risks, issues, or constraints as necessary to business and/or IT management.  Joyce's recent professional experience includes Healthcare Reform (HCR), IT management, Insurance, Non-profit, Oil Field services and a founding staff member of the Prairie View A&M Foundation.
